Coletta has over 30 years experience in executive management and workflow processes. She successfully led the initiative to convert a New York Member brokerage firm from paper to paperless in the 1990s. She applied the same management skills and processes to the seamless design of the AZZLY Rize platform. Coletta believes in delivering 5 star service and support and has created a culture that is passionate about helping staff embrace technology to make their jobs easier. Coletta enjoys daily sunrise beach walks, gardening and snow skiing when out West.

Joyce too has over 30 years experience in operations, compliance and accounting. She was an executive member of the same New York Member regional brokerage firm with Coletta that grew from five key management team members to over 600 independent advisors throughout the USA. Joyce has worked in medical billing for over 10 years and has applied best practices of accounting and compliance that is unique to the industry. Joyce is enjoying spoiling her great grandchildren!

Derek has over a decade of Software as a Service sales experience within Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health. Derek is spearheading the Sales of Enterprise Solutions throughout the USA utilizing automated processes for demos, online presentations and closes. Derek enjoys offering a tour of the AZZLY platform with special emphasis on the pain points that using AZZLY Rize removes. Derek enjoys boxing, running, snowboarding, surfing and any physical exercise he can fit in!

Theresa has over 20 years in healthcare spearheading Implementation Services teams. She has successfully survived many EHR conversions and trainings of hundreds of physicians, nurses and support staff. Theresa applies a workflow process analysis to the management of each conversion project and trains each staff member to be subject matter experts. Theresa has two rescued labs, brother and sister, that keep her on the run!

Maria has over 10 years working within Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Clinics. Maria’s nursing background and strong EHR working knowledge assures the clinical and medical staff of a deep understanding of the benefits of adopting technology in their daily work. Maria enjoys going onsite to hear first hand feedback to improve the AZZLY Rize platform. Maria has a love for boxers and cats, and working remotely allows for them to be in all virtual sessions!

Traci has over 12 years experience in healthcare services. For the past 5 years, her nursing management experience has been invaluable as a Senior Implementation Specialist, managing and training staff during their conversion to AZZLY Rize. Traci enjoys an adorable granddaughter and the joys of Disney World at her doorstep!

Heather has over 15 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience. Heather is an expert medical coder and joined AZZLY in 2022 to train billing staff on the AZZLY Rize Billing and Claims platform. Heather is a “Soccer Mom” and coaches her daughter’s team. She also loves boxers!

Andrew has headed up marketing efforts for AZZLY for over 5 years. He keeps AZZLY front and center on social media sites with blogs, web pages, webinars, conferences, what’s new, and sharing articles of interest. When he’s off the clock, Andrew is at the movies, attending a UCF football game, or walking his boxer puppy Ellie.
