    Job Description:
    The Implementation Specialist/Trainer is responsible for managing projects through on-boarding/implementation cycle, software configuration, client training, support, and troubleshooting. In this technical business process-oriented role, you will be assisting client’s needs utilizing AZZLY’s specialized solutions.

    Required Work Experience: Prior experience documenting in an EHR and a Practice Management System is necessary; as well as working in an Addiction Treatment Facility and exposure Revenue Cycle Management would be a plus. Behavioral/Mental Health organization, and/or MAT/OBOT clinics; effective communication skills; a people person; strong managerial skills; initiative-taking. Ability to effectively train physicians, nurses, therapists/clinicians, intake, and admissions staff.

    Job Responsibilities: Includes, managing the on-boarding process for new clients, including assisting with new feature enhancements, supporting, and delivering Instructor Lead Training (ILT), One-on-One, Virtual, and/or occasional onsite training for external clients, internal training for AZZLY staff, developing knowledge transfer materials (eLearning) for internal and external use by our clients, providing input for defining user needs and solution specific quality assurance testing.
    Ability to work on call, non-conventional hours and weekends to complete tasks when required based on client needs. Possess critical thinking skills and present options for successful resolution of issues.

    Skills: Must be proficient with using a PC, laptop or tablet, medical terms, and common medication names; be patient, effectively train with confidence/professionalism and multitask. Always maintain a cheerful outlook and take a constructive and creative approach to overcoming any obstacle. Comfortable working remote. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as diligence and organizational skills. Thrive in a culture which values mentorship and growth of all team members.

    Travel: 10%1 – 3 days on site

    SaaS Account Manager, EHR & RCM Enterprise Solution

    Minimum qualifications:

    • MUST have 5+ years of either SaaS experience or solutions selling experience, in technology or healthcare technology
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent major
    • Ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple, simultaneous projects
    • Must have experience using a CRM, Hubspot a plus, Office 365 tools (Word, Excel and Power Point), Zoom or online meeting tool
    • Must be articulate and able to write grammatically correct emails
    • Self starter, motivated, home office a must; great internet connection a must

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Prior sales experience in selling SaaS EHR and /or RCM software or SaaS technology software through online sales
    • The ability to manage and orchestrate a multi-decision maker sales cycle
    • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change and being coach-able
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment
    • Willing to follow training manual and proven sales process

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with sales leadership and the marketing team on a daily basis
    • Collaborate in the development and execution of sales strategies
    • To be engaged and thrive in a high performance environment
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within targeted accounts, regions and track the 6 stage process in Hubspot CRM
    • Create and close opportunities from start to finish – full sales cycle ownership with Subject Matter Expert (SME) support
    • Consistently overachieve targets through a customer-centric approach
    • Establish baseline knowledge and understanding of the AZZLY Rize solution
    • Demonstrate ownership by becoming an expert in assigned geography
    • Work with leadership to create your business plan, participate in business reviews etc
    • Maintain a positive attitude and remain open to on-going coaching for self development
    • Attendance at select conferences is a requirement. On site demos for larger enterprise opportunities as well.
    • Become proficient on software (certification) and be able to demo online using ZOOM or Google Meet
    • Become an expert in Addiction Treatment Program Requirements and Behavioral Healthcare needs to manage professional and caring discovery calls and presentations.
