Through a software partnership with Zoom for Healthcare®, AZZLY® clients can schedule sessions in the AZZLY Rize™ calendar, meet with your clients, and log notes seamlessly in the AZZLY system.
The necessity of an electronic health record and patient management system for telehealth:
- While Zoom is HIPAA-compliant, HIPAA requires that documentation of telehealth calls be stored in the EHR rather than in the Zoom cloud. Documenting your sessions in your AZZLY notes keeps you organized, compliant and provides accurate billing information.
- For billing, AZZLY’s Professional Claims screen will allow you to select Telehealth as the Place of Service (POS). AZZLY has a strong billing and claims platform that enables our clients to submit medical claims seamlessly with a first-time pass rate over 98%.
- Schedule the appointment and send an invite to your patient/client through your email source. When a client attends, check in the appointment on AZZLY calendar so that you have the record in the Appointment Report and also for Billing & Claims work.
